Recently purchased a pre-owned sportwagen from Crosby Volkswagen. Everything was great. We went in looking with very specific criteria (Hatchback, all wheel drive and manual) Aaron greeted us in the lot and informed us of a recent trade in checking all our boxes. After some time, we were able to check it out and it was everything we were looking for. Aaron was more than helpful. He was very responsive to all my messages and communicated all updates in a very timely manner. He provided easy going, professional service and I didnt feel pressured at all. We are so happy with the sportwagen and extra upgrades we opted for. Waited a little long for my rims to come in but that wasnt a surprise. The service team is equally excellent, booking online is a breeze. Once my accessories arrived, I was able to get in quickly and painlessly. Was very impressed with the complimentary taxi shuttle service. All around great experience.
